Key Responsibilities
* Manage a busy mixed commercial property caseload
* Run transactions from instruction to completion
* Draft and negotiate leases, contracts and finance documents
* Work closely with colleagues across teams
* Maintain accurate, timely file management
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience of running commercial property matters
* Strong transactional and drafting skills
* Ability to work at pace and balance competing demands
* Collaborative approach with clear communication
* Experience from a high‑street or smaller firm beneficial
