Well known Commercial Occupier with significant property portfolio spanning the UK, requires an experienced Commercial Property Estates / Asset Manager to join the team. This role requires an ideally Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) surveyor with experience of all aspect of managing a commercial portfolio (Rent Reviews/Lease Renewals, Planning & Development, Asset Strategy, Lettings & Licenses etc).
This role is home / remote based, albeit to cover the wider Yorkshire, North East & Scotland regions. Accordingly, applicants must be proficient and prepared to manage their own time, work independently (with regular liaison with the wider national property team) and be on the road visiting sites circa 2 time per week.
