Head of Ecommerce & Marketing, Leigh, £50, ,000 DOE + bonus
We're looking for a commercially driven Head of Ecommerce & Marketing to lead digital growth across B2B and B2C channels. This is a brand new key leadership role for someone who can set strategy, stay hands-on, and directly impact revenue, customer acquisition and retention.
The role
You'll own the end-to-end ecommerce and digital marketing strategy — from website performance and CRO through to SEO, paid media, social, affiliates and CRM.
Managing a small team, you'll translate commercial goals into practical campaigns that increase traffic, conversions and lifetime value while strengthening brand presence in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
Lead ecommerce and digital marketing strategy aligned to growth targets
Optimise website performance, UX and conversion rates
Oversee SEO, PPC, paid social, content, affiliates and partnerships
Develop CRM and email strategies to drive retention and reactivation
Manage budgets, track ROI and report on performance
Build strong supplier/brand marketing partnerships
Lead and develop a small, high-performing marketing team
About you
Proven senior ecommerce/digital marketing experience
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of revenue growth
Hands-on across key channels and ecommerce platforms
Data-led and results focused
Experienced in managing budgets, teams and cross-functional projects
B2B, retail, office supplies or tech sector experience a bonus
