Amour Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller, to join our wonderful client's brand new facility in Southampton.
In this exciting role, you'll join an engaging and forward thinking employer, in their brand new state of the art facility. You'll support the delivery of workshop services, supporting a team of mechanics in the maintenance and repair of Commercial Vehicles.
Responsibilities:
1. Control daily operations of the workshop and it's associated teams.
2. Monitor and manage all the departments resources, from stock and supplies, to workforce.
3. Delivery and improvement of the team's everyday operations and processes.
4. Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
5. Previous experience within a commercial vehicle setting is preferred.
6. Experience in team management and workshop operations.
7. Flexibility to support the management operations (where required) with other internal teams.
Hours: 7:30 - 17:30 Mon-Fri 8:00-12:00 Saturday (1 in 3)
Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 DOE.
