The Role
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Installation Engineer to join our team, covering London and the surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the professional installation of a wide range of aftermarket multimedia and electronic systems in client vehicles. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, precision, and a passion for automotive technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Expert Installation: Professionally install our full range of products, including Android Screens, CarPlay Boxes, dashcams, reverse cameras, ambient lighting, and audio systems.
* Client Collaboration: Liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations on upgrades, and ensure a high-quality service from start to finish.
* Technical Problem-Solving: Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during installation, ensuring all systems function perfectly.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks and testing on all installations to guarantee they meet industry safety standards and our company's high-quality guidelines.
* Customer Education & Support: Clearly explain the functionality of newly installed systems to clients and provide aftercare support and guidance when needed.
* Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all jobs, including parts used and labour hours using our mobile apps.
Requirements
* Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and Own Car
* Proven experience in automotive installation, repair, or a related technical field is essential.
* Strong technical skills and proficiency with various installation tools and equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality work.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to work independently, manage your schedule effectively, and handle the demands of frequent travel.
* Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and stay overnight when required.
