We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and develop athletes of all ages and skill levels.
As a Coach, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and motivating environment, helping individuals reach their full potential both on and off the field.
Duties
* Develop and implement training programmes tailored to the needs of individual athletes and teams.
* Conduct regular practice sessions, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
* Provide constructive feedback and guidance to athletes to enhance their performance.
* Monitor athletes' progress and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
* Organise and lead competitive events, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
* Foster a supportive team culture that encourages participation, resilience, and personal growth.
* Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress, goals, and expectations.
Experience
* Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching is essential.
* A strong understanding of the principles of physical fitness, nutrition, and injury prevention.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

We are looking for reliable, punctual and enthusiastic coach that are able to lead and/or assist as an individual or part of a team on a range of projects for the community.
The candidate should have some experience in working with all age groups from 3 years upwards to adults.
A background in sports coaching/teaching would be preferred, with various coaching of Multisports and educational delivery part of our daily schedule.
This is an excellent role that requires a lot of energy, drive and passion to deliver the highest standard with the opportunity to progress as a sports coach/teaching career within a sporting Charity.
This is a perfect job role for someone who is looking to get into the Sport industry either on a gap year, apprenticeship or an applicant just wanting to start a new career path.
The role is mainly Monday to Friday - with a range of casual flexible hours available.
Our hours of delivery are 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday and also Saturdays 9 till 5 (depending on Matchday commitments with the football club).
This role is not just football coaching, as we deliver different sports in a range of schools, have weekly sessions in Supported housing networks, care facilities, nurseries, health networks, local community environments and pre-schools and with a range of participants with particular needs.
Contract is rolling initially after a 3 month probationary period.
If all outcomes are hit then a new longer contract will be offered.
First Aid and safeguarding qualification that are in date would be a bonus but not essential as this will be part of the Personal Development plan for the new staff members.
All successful applicants will need to undertake a Community Sports Trust DBS check via the Football Association that the Community Trust will pay for.
Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport is essential.
