We are looking for
an enthusiastic and motivated nurse to join our Skin Cancer Specialist Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for patient-centred, evidence-based care to contribute to a developing service that strives for excellence in all aspects of skin cancer management.

A Band 6 developmental post may be considered for candidates with limited experience in skin cancer and/or leadership and management skills. A structured development plan will be provided, including specialist training and competency achievement, with progression to Band 7 upon completion.
1. Provide advice, support, and information to patients and their families from diagnosis through to treatment, aftercare, and health promotion.
2. Participate in Two-Week Wait (2WW) pathway clinics, follow-up clinics, and MDT clinics.
3. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the hospital and with consultants at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.
4. Act as a role model to promote coordinated, high-quality services and an excellent patient experience.
5. Contribute to the leadership with the team, education, service development, and quality improvement initiatives.
