What You’ll Be Doing
* Design and develop interactive blended learning materials for QAHE programmes, combining digital and live learning experiences.
* Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and academic teams to create high-quality, engaging content that meets learning objectives.
* Apply learning design and pedagogical principles, to ensure best learning outcomes for students.
* Ensure seamless integration of digital content with live and asynchronous delivery stages.
* Manage discreet content creation projects, onboarding SMEs and SMRs and ensuring delivery to agreed timeframes.
What You’ll Bring
* Teaching experience and the ability to apply this to content creation.
* Strong knowledge of educational theory and instructional design principles.
* Experience with online and in-person e-learning solutions.
* Experience working with content creation tools (RISE, Canva, Eleven Labs, PowerPoint) and VLEs (Blackboard and Moodle).
* A creative mindset and ability to turn complex concepts into engaging, interactive learning experiences.
* A team player with a flexible and reflective approach who is committed to personal development.
