Job Title: Human Resource People Advisor
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Location: Solihull (hybrid)
Working as a Human Resource People Advisor for a well-established financial services business with Platinum Investors in People accreditation, you would be part of a values driven, award winning business passionate about creating a flexible and inclusive environment.

Duties:
Oversee complex and high risk employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes and outcome management, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant resolutions
Build managerial capability by coaching People Managers to confidently address sensitive ER issues, including conduct, performance and absence management
Partner with the HR team to craft and implement clear, practical policies, procedures and template documentation that reflect best practice and current employment legislation
Provide specialist advice on complex health related cases, including welfare meetings and medical referrals, balancing employee wellbeing with organisational responsibilities
Interpret Employee Relations case data to identify patterns and recommend targeted strategies that strengthen engagement, retention and organisational culture
Key Skills Required:
CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification, with strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
A clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex Employee Relations issues into practical, actionable guidance and present balanced options to managers
Skilled at navigating challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism, achieving constructive outcomes in sensitive situations
Calm and composed under pressure, able to manage shifting priorities and ambiguity with sound judgment and resilience
Genuinely committed to doing whats right for both the organisation and its people, maintaining integrity in all decision making
A clean, current driving licence
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility dependent on business needs. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role also includes travel to other sites across the UK, as required.
