Job Description:
The Recruitment Crowd is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-known and industry-leading client based in the Weybridge area.
We are looking for multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers (CAT C) to join the team on night shifts.
Hours:
* Full-time position.
* Shifts range between Monday to Sunday on a rotational basis (start at 23:59).
Pay Rate: Nights £17.37 per hour PAYE
Location: Weybridge, KT13
Job Type: Permanent
The role includes:
* Securely moving and transporting palletised parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.
* Handling runs with 4-5 stops, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
* Assisting with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck may be required.
* Interacting with customers and representing the company professionally and courteously.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
* Valid and up-to-date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
* No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
* Understanding of WTD legislation.
* Willingness to undertake a short driving assessment.
