About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join a progressive healthcare provider near Southend-on-Sea. You will utilise your prescribing skills to enhance patient care and improve access to treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct patient consultations and assessments.
\n
* Prescribe medications or treatments within your scope of practice.
\n
* Monitor and review patient response to treatment.
\n
* Maintain accurate patient records.
\n
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
\n
\n
Requirements:
\n
\n
* Registered with the relevant regulatory body (GPhC or HCPC).
\n
* Independent Prescribing qualification.
\n
* Experience in a relevant clinical setting.
\n
* Strong clinical decision-making skills.
\n
