⭐️ Head of Sales

📍 London (Hybrid 2-3x)

💰 £90,000 to £105,000



Our client is a rapidly growing £15m t/o drinks SME already outselling some of the biggest brands (Red Bull, Monster, Coca Cola) in the category. They have excellent distribution and are listed in major UK Grocers. We’re looking for a commercially sharp, strategic and inspiring sales leader to shape and scale the brand’s commercial strategy — driving growth and leading a high-performing sales team. 🚀



Role & Responsibilities: 📋

* Sales Leadership & Strategy - Define and deliver the commercial roadmap across retail, wholesale, e-commerce and on-trade. Set clear objectives, build actionable KPIs and lead with vision.
* New Business & Account Growth - Lead the charge on new business development and major account expansion. Negotiate terms, craft joint business plans and strengthen partnerships with key customers and distributors.
* Revenue Management & Optimisation - Drive profitability through smart pricing, trade investment and margin management. Use data and category insights to identify growth opportunities and manage risk.
* Team Development & Performance - Build, coach and empower a motivated, accountable sales team (5 direct reports). Create a culture of collaboration, ownership and success, with clear pathways for growth.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Operations and Finance to align brand and commercial goals.



What’s on Offer? 🤝

* Base Salary: £90,000 to £105,000
* Bonus: 10%
* Share Options EMI
* 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
* Remote Working 2 weeks pa.
* Hybrid Working 2-3x pw (Central London HQ)



Do you have the following to apply? ✅

* Proven FMCG sales leadership experience (Food or Beverage essential)
* Experience with UK Grocery & High St is essential.
* A knowledge of Amazon, OOH, On Trade is desirable.
* Track record of winning and growing key retail accounts
* Exceptional leadership, negotiation and communication skills
