Join Cross Keys Homes (CKH) as Procurement Analyst and play a key role in shaping our procurement and contract management standards. About the Role As an Procurement Analyst, youll support the Procurement Manager by procuring contracts of a small to medium size whilstembedding procurement best practices. Youll work across the business to implement contract management standards andensure compliance with the Procurement Act. Key Responsibilities Procuring small and medium size contracts. Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations. Lead and support procurement and sourcing strategies across multiple categories. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support procurement projects from planning to execution. Implement and monitor contract management standards and KPIs. What Were Looking For Proven experience in public sector procurement and contract management. Strong knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023. Skilled in e-tendering tools, supplier analysis, and KPI development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement. Desirable Qualifications Membership of (or working towards) CIPS. Relevant project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Lean, Six Sigma). Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). Knowledge of Delta e-sourcing. Why Join CKH?
