Teaching Personnel are recruiting Secondary Learning Support Assistants to work in Burgess Hill. This role offers the chance to be part of a supportive school environment where you can make a real difference to students’ learning journeys.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting pupils in lessons and small group sessions
* Providing targeted help to students with additional needs, ensuring they stay engaged and motivated
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
