As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, team management, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. You will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, creativity, and leadership skills while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update seasonal menus that reflect our commitment to quality ingredients and innovative flavours.
Lead and motivate the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Supervise food preparation and ensure all dishes meet our standards of presentation and taste.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock of ingredients.
Implement and enforce proper hygiene and safety procedures in the kitchen.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends and culinary techniques to continuously enhance our menu offerings.
