Salary: £85,000 - 105,000 per year Requirements:
* Exceptional offensive security expertise with proven operational experience in Red Team engagements
* Strong understanding of modern endpoint detection technologies
* Solid OPSEC-driven mindset with a focus on stealthy execution
* Proficiency in TIBER-EU and CBEST methodologies
* Knowledge of adversarial tradecraft, OPSEC, and stealth operations
* Expertise in Active Directory exploitation and cloud attack paths
* Programming experience in C, C++, C#, .NET, and Python
* Familiarity with C2 frameworks such as Cobalt Strike, Sliver, and Mythic
* Legal right to work in UK/EU
* Must undergo background checks
* Required certifications: OSEP, OSCE, OSEE, OSCP, OSWE, OSED, CCSAS, CRT, CCT INF/CCT APP, GPEN, GXPN, CRTO
Responsibilities:
* Lead Red Team engagements, including TIBER-EU and CBEST testing
* Develop advanced threat scenarios and attack chains
* Build offensive tooling, malware, implants, and C2 frameworks
* Execute stealthy lateral movement, privilege escalation, and EDR evasion
* Operate across cloud and hybrid infrastructures
* Provide consultancy, risk translation, and uplift strategies
* Contribute to R&D projects, including PoC tooling and exploit development
