Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Department: Head Office, Wokingham
Position Overview:
The Compliance Administrator supports the smooth delivery of compliance operations across the business. This role ensures that compliance documentation, client portals, and internal systems are maintained to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency. Working closely with the Senior Compliance Administrator and wider operations team, the Compliance Administrator plays a key part in upholding service standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Delivery:
* Produce post-clean photographic reports and compliance certificates using Big Change.
* Process incoming updates and documentation from operatives in a timely manner.
* Log work order numbers (WON) across client systems and update internal databases as required.
* Monitor job logging across client portals to ensure accuracy and completion.
Compliance Support:
* Assist with checking and uploading compliance paperwork, photographs, and reports.
* Flag discrepancies or issues to the Senior Compliance Administrator for resolution.
* Support the Operations Manager and Senior Compliance Administrator with routine compliance administration.
Communication & Coordination:
* Make reminder calls to clients ahead of scheduled attendances.
* Conduct feedback calls and follow-up emails with clients after service delivery.
* Liaise with operatives and team leaders to ensure compliance documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Take incoming calls, direct queries, and provide excellent customer service.
Collaboration:
* Participate in weekly check-ins with the Senior Compliance Administrator and Team Leaders to review compliance uploads and upcoming schedules.
* Work closely with colleagues to share information, support training needs, and maintain consistency across the compliance team.
Reporting Lines:
* Reports to: Senior Compliance Administrator (Team Lead)
* Works closely with: Operations Manager, Business Manager, and field operatives
Skills & Attributes:
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
* Confident using digital systems, databases, and client portals (training provided).
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
* Team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,500.00 per year
