As we continue to expand, we are recruiting a Central Operations Manager (COM), a senior operational leader who will strengthen our Head Office team and define how Fairview operates nationally.
This is a pivotal role responsible for operational strategy, governance, and central functional leadership, ensuring every Fairview site is equipped to deliver safe, compliant, and consistently high‑quality services.
What You’ll Lead
As our Central Operations Manager, you will be the strategic anchor for national operations, working closely with the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to ensure seamless alignment between central strategy and site execution.
You will lead:
* Operational Strategy & Governance across all Fairview sites
* National SOP Frameworks, ensuring standardisation and controlled site variation
* Central Functions including Fleet, HR, Facilities, and Health & Safety
* Contract & Site Mobilisation for new NHS partners and new Fairview locations
* Operational Readiness across people, processes, systems, and compliance
* Integrated Operations Alignment between Pharmacy Dispensing and WDA Stock Supply
* Continuous Improvement to drive efficiency, consistency, and performance
