Job Description:
* What you will do:
o Support CBDs & CBMs in managing a complex customer portfolio by ensuring timely completion of credit and operational risk tasks.
o Evaluate complex lending opportunities and manage financial metrics and risk considerations.
o Maintain excellent credit underwriting skills with experience in large SMEs/Mid-Corporates.
o Build and maintain influential relationships with key market professionals, representing the Corporate Banking Team and enhancing brand reputation.
o Act with integrity and serve as a role model for the team and the bank in dealings with customers, intermediaries, and colleagues.
o Gather and analyze financial information from customers, including financial statements and management accounts.

What you will need:
* Understanding of risks associated with the role and their implications for stakeholders.
* Strong credit underwriting skills and experience with large SME/Mid-Corporate clients.
* Experience in credit writing, financial analysis, and report writing.
* Previous experience in commercial or corporate banking, with similar responsibilities.
* In-depth knowledge of the commercial lending process.
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment, with strong prioritization and negotiation skills.
* Experience in developing relationships at various seniority levels internally and externally.
