Atlas NextWave is delighted to support a long‑standing client within the energy sector as they look to strengthen their on‑site IT capability with the addition of an IT Service Support Analyst.
In this role, you'll become part of an established IT team, providing hands‑on technical support to end users while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people‑focused environment and enjoys problem‑solving across a range of Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality end‑user support across desktop, laptop, mobile and Microsoft applications
* Diagnose and triage software and hardware issues
* Manage incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
* Maintain excellent customer communication, clarity and professionalism
* Support video conferencing, printing devices and general IT equipment
* Participate in compensated on‑call rotations
