Due to continued growth, a highly respected surveying organisation is looking to expand its team across Cardiff, offering an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified SAVA Surveyors and experienced AssocRICS professionals to join their team as a Residential Surveyor.
With dedicated administrative and operational support, pre-booked appointments, and a fixed working area, this role allows surveyors to focus on delivering high-quality reports while maintaining flexibility and control over their workload.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveysConduct Level 1 and Level 2 Surveys across your designated geographical areaProduce accurate and professional survey reports using market-leading technologyDeliver exceptional customer service throughout the surveying processManage your workload effectively to maximise productivity and service standardsWork towards achievable performance and income targetsAttend and contribute to regional meetings and team initiativesMaintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updatesEnsure compliance with all relevant professional and regulatory standardsResidential Surveyor Requirements
AssocRICS qualified or higher, or qualified through SAVANewly qualified surveyors are encouraged to applyExperience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports preferredStrong understanding of residential property and surveying principlesExcellent organisational and communication skillsCustomer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality serviceAbility to work independently within a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and report-writing abilityFull UK driving licenceWhat's on Offer?
For Newly Qualified SAVA Surveyors:
Basic salary circa £35,000Up to £45,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)For AssocRICS Qualified Surveyors and Above:
£45,000 - £55,000 basic salary£60,000 - £70,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)Additional Benefits:
