Sales Executive £25,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE up to £50,000) – Macclesfield – Monday to Friday 09:00 – 16:30
We are working with an award-winning Advertisement company who are looking to appoint a proactive and tenacious Sales Executive to their growing team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the company’s dynamic sales team within the Communications department. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients in the construction industry, promoting e-books that guide home improvements. Through effective communication and persuasive skills, you'll invite companies to advertise within these e-books, enhancing their visibility among local authority-building control teams nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research develop, and qualify leads to populate the sales funnel.
* Deliver a high volume of prospects through cold calling.
* Accurately input client information into our CRM system.
* Work closely with the sales team supervisor to forecast and communicate progress.
* Manage your pipeline to maximize conversion rates.
* Handle rejection positively and remain resilient.

The Person
* Natural communicator and team player with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
* Organised and able to complete tasks with precision.
* Experience with dealing with customers over the telephone
* Tenacious highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
* Have 1-2+ years of proven sales experience in high volume and/or new business sales.
* Experience with CRM systems.
