With a reputation for reliability and professionalism, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Gas Manager to join there growing team in South London.
Role Overview
As a Commercial Gas Manager, you will lead our gas engineering operations, ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of both commercial and domestic gas systems. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, providing technical expertise, and ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
* Act as the main point of contact between the gas engineering team and senior management.
* Supervise, support, and coach engineers, carrying out site visits and quality checks.
* Lead toolbox talks, van inspections, and health & safety briefings.
* Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and drive continuous improvement.
