Job Overview
As a BIM Coordinator at Foster + Partners, you will support project delivery across multiple studios by driving coordinated, high quality BIM workflows. Acting as a central point of contact for digital design systems, you will help teams work efficiently in Revit and associated technologies, ensuring models, data and documentation meet rigorous technical standards while supporting a strong collaborative culture.
This role is ideal if you want to:
* Coordinate project teams and manage BIM workflows across multiple studios.
* Organise, configure and maintain complex Revit projects.
* Support the implementation of BIM standards, procedures and best practices.
* Provide technical support for Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and related applications.
* Mentor colleagues in design systems and digital project delivery.
What you will bring to the team:
* Experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium or large projects.
* Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, including clash detection.
* A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships.
* Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or equivalent.
* Confidence using various media to develop and document design projects.
* Desirable: experience with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V‑Ray, Bluebeam or BIM360.
* Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
