Hours of Work: 29 Per Week: 4 days: 8.30am-4.30pm
Salary: Grade 7 - £31,022 (FTE) x 68.84% (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent

The Governing Body of Evan James primary wish to appoint a trustworthy, reliable & enthusiastic person to join the staff at the above school. Candidates should be well motivated, show initiative and have a flexible attitude towards the duties of the post & work that needs to be carried out at the school.
Knowledge of the Welsh language would be desirable.
The successful candidate will be required to:
1. Take a lead role in planning, development, design, organisation and monitoring of support systems/ procedures
2. Line Management responsibilities where appropriate
3. Liaise between managers/teaching staff and support staff
4. Hold regular team meetings with managed staff
5. Undertake induction/appraisal/training/mentoring for other staff as appropriate
6. Take lead role in the development and maintenance of record/information systems including Vison, SIMS, Plasc
