Motorcycle Aftersales Specialist – Abingdon
Salary: Between £27-28,000 per annum, plus bonuses providing on-target earnings around £30,000 per annum.
Hours: October–January 8:30am–5:00pm, Mon to Fri; February–October 8:30am–6:00pm, Mon to Fri.

Responsibilities
* Endorse the aftersales service for the dealership and provide the highest level of customer service.
* Sell clothing and merchandise and ensure customers have access to the latest gear and accessories for their motorcycles.
* Maintain stock levels against delivery notes and store parts in the correct places to meet workshop and customer needs.
* Pre-pick parts for the workshop to ensure a smooth flow of jobs.
* Process payments and invoices for customers and manage walk-in customers to a high standard, exceeding expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in customer service, preferably with high-end motorcycles and brands.
* Strong organisational skills and a track record of achieving targets, particularly in automotive aftersales.
* Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
* A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is highly desirable but not essential if you have a strong passion for two-wheels.
