Location: Cornwall/Devon-based – Covering the South West Region (flexible base with regular travel)
Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week – flexible start/finish times available

We are seeking a dedicated Contract Manager to oversee operations across several key contracts in the South West. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day contract performance, ensure delivery of service objectives, maintain strong client relationships, lead teams effectively, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and manage financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and ensure high-quality delivery of soft landscaping and grounds maintenance services
* Foster strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for contract-related queries
* Manage and support operational teams to ensure efficiency and engagement
* Ensure all activities meet health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring contracts remain profitable and cost-effective
Requirements
* Proven experience in a management role within landscaping, grounds maintenance, or construction
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage complex situations
* Financial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
* Full, clean UK driving licence
