Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday (hybrid options available following probation)
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is working with an established and well-recognized manufacturing business based in Tiverton, currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join their Sales Team.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting for new customers using existing database, directories, and LinkedIn.
2. Following up on leads.
3. Liaising with the sales team and updating CRM.
4. Managing the sales process, including preparing quotes and following up on quotations.
5. Passing order details to the sales team.
6. Liaising with Marketing to coordinate targeted campaigns.
7. Attending trade shows and exhibitions.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Ideally have sales experience within the engineering industry (not essential).
* Ability to work independently with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
* Prospecting skills to identify potential customers.
* Strong communication skills to interact at all organizational levels.
* IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably LinkedIn (not essential).
* This is not a technical position.
* A proactive individual with the right attitude, even with limited experience, can succeed.
This position offers significant potential for development into a leadership role within the new division.
