High Road House combines a neighbourhood feel with French style glamour. The all-day club menu is served across member spaces, with the main bar offering coffee by day and cocktails by night. Open to members and the public, High Road Brasserie on the ground floor serves European dishes and brunch.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our West London team at High Road House (W4 1PR). As a Waiter/Waitress with Soho House, your role is to ensure that our members have an amazing experience every time. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and paying the bill. Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience.
What We Are Looking For
* 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile hospitality venue.
* Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
* Sense of urgency
* Yes, yes, yes mentality
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
* Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required
* If you don't have previous similar experience but want to learn how to be a Waiter in the future, consider applying to a 'Runner' position instead
