The Role
As an Administrator, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Welcoming visitors to the site
2. Liaising with drivers and dispatchers to ensure they have the correct documentation
3. Operating weighbridge machines to weigh vehicles from arrival and departure of site
4. Reporting correct financial and data figures to HMRC
5. Writing detailed reports and analysing key terminal data
6. Communicating effectively with customers mostly via email and occasionally via phone
About You
The ideal Administrator will have the following:
7. 5 GCSEs or equivalent
8. Experience working with an administrative role
9. Good mathematical knowledge
10. Confidence in fast-past working situations
11. Excellent communication skills
