Person Specification: A proven procurement leader with extensive experience in a project-based, industrial or process manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of modern procurement practices, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing procurement professionals across multiple sites or business units. A confident communicator with the gravitas and influence to operate at board level and across senior stakeholder groups. Strategic in outlook with a hands-on approach and a results-oriented mindset. Degree educated in a relevant field; MCIPS qualification preferred but not essential.
