City Centre Recruitment is seeking a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join a thriving primary school in Bournemouth. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, clean, and secure environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main keyholder – responsible for locking/unlocking and alarm systems
* Oversee site safety checks including emergency lighting, fire systems, and playground equipment
* Manage general site maintenance and cleanliness
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Liaise with contractors and cleaning teams
* Support school events with site setup and logistics

* Strong maintenance and DIY skills
* Good organisational and time management abilities
* Familiarity with health & safety procedures (COSHH, fire safety, first aid)
* Clear and professional communication
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
