-Working in an aspirational ladies boutique in buzzing Whitstable, within a small but vibrant loyal team of 10, for an independent well established business.
-Maximising sales figures and working to targets.
-Building relationships with existing and new customers alike, through offering sound and knowledgable fashion advice and exemplary customer service
.-Working with contemporary, bohemian and vintage inspired ladies fashions labels.
-organising the well established store's website and associated social media campaigns
-stock control and reorders using store EPOS reports
-merchandizing store and shop window dressing
Key Qualifications:
-have style and confidence with personal fashion choices
-outgoing and vibrant personality with great people skills
-be hard working with a "can do' attitude
-have retail experience (preferred but not essential, other customer facing experience useful)
-have natural and convincing selling skills when working within your own personality
-have good IT skills, preferably expereince with Shopify or Square, and social media skills
Description:
This highly desirable job will attract a candidate who really wants to throw themselves into their role, and who enjoys working with high calibre and stylish customers from all walks of life, who are searching for imaginative fashion advise.
The candidate will work hard to keep the shop well and appropriately stocked with a large range of quirky vintage inspired brands, and creatively merchandised to maximise sales. Working within a frame work of preset targets the candidate will be offering their customer a personalised experience involving outfit creating and up selling to maximise sales.
