Position

An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant on a fixed-term / secondment contract until 31st March 2026. Hybrid working will be supported.


What You Will Do

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant for the Public Protection Health Team. The Public Protection Service includes Child Protection; Adult Support and Protection; and Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC). We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team and assist in the provision of a comprehensive, confidential and coordinated service across the Public Protection Health Team. The postholder will handle highly confidential information regarding public protection matters (child protection and adult support and protection); manage telephone calls from various sources; co-ordinate public protection training for NHS staff and maintain various admin systems and processes.


Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job

* You must be educated to SVQ 3 level or equivalent;
* have excellent organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written);
* excellent knowledge in the use of computer software packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and experience of using electronic health systems is desirable.


Hours
