What you’ll be doing Responsible for the development and management of 6 of our Top 10 contracts across 4 key accounts, with an annual revenue in excess of £22M, developing business opportunities to generate long-term sustainable growth and revenue for BT. Development of the account strategy and coordinating with virtual teams across different functions to manage overall sales and contract performance for a strategic account. Promoting BT and its Wholesale capabilities, developing additional market opportunities for Wholesale. The role holder is a strategic professional, responsible for representing the Media and Broadcast team, selling our products, services, and solutions to achieve our ambitions of delivering growth across the business. Managing customer relationships within the accounts, driving improved customer satisfaction and supporting the focus on positive NPS. Staying abreast of the latest sales developments and market insights to ensure our products and services enable the best services to customers. The skills you’ll need Account Management Solution Selling Business Development Problem Solving Decision Making Growth Mindset What we would like to see on your CV Strong track record of sales achievement in large accounts with high revenues. Ability to influence, develop, drive, and motivate sales operations at both tactical and strategic levels. Proven success in exceeding sales targets. Experience in winning large, complex bids with non-standard T&C’s and solution designs (sales cycle of 3-18 months). Experience in leading virtual teams to achieve business results.
