About the role:
As a Gas Engineer, you will work on a variety of challenges in a residential setting, ensuring that every job is completed to the highest standard. Working areas will be across Bayswater, Chelsea, Hammersmith, Twickenham, Teddington, Richmond, Ealing, and Chiswick – mainly West London. The role is Monday to Friday, standard working hours with no weekend or evening work.
About You:
* Qualified and experienced Gas Engineer for domestic boilers, cookers and fires.
* Experience in boiler replacement, conversion to combi, UHWSS, UFH, cooker installation, radiators, and thermostats.
* Fault‑finding experience on boilers and heating systems in general.
* Basic plumbing ability (changing taps, investigating leaks, etc).
* Provide a great service and be recognised with positive customer reviews.
* Love problem‑solving and work efficiently.
* Physically fit.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in London as a Gas Engineer.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Plumbing.
Experience within residential private properties is a must. They do not work in social housing or construction sites. A clean driving licence and reasonable commute to Chiswick is essential, as is a non‑smoking lifestyle. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.

Service & Breakdown Engineer (Domestic Gas) – South West London
Pay‑by‑hour – Full Time, Guaranteed contracted hours. 33 days holiday (including bank holidays). Pension scheme. Uncapped earnings + monthly performance bonus.
Role Overview:
You will join a domestic heating maintenance team, carrying out servicing, breakdowns and repairs on gas central heating systems within residential properties. The role requires strong diagnostic skills, independent work, and compliance with legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair domestic gas heating systems and appliances.
* Complete servicing, maintenance and reactive call‑outs.
* Ensure work is carried out safely, professionally and to regulatory standards.
* Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
* Maintain accurate job records and compliance documentation.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Energy Efficiency qualification (or willingness to obtain).
* Asbestos Awareness certificate.
* Full UK driving licence.

* Proven experience diagnosing faults on domestic gas heating systems.

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer – Northolt
Permanent, full‑time role covering Northolt main site with occasional trips to Feltham.
Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 + Call Out + Overtime, 23 days holiday, van.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems at different client sites.
* Carry out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on other building systems.
* Keep clear and up‑to‑date records of all maintenance, PPM tasks, and repairs.
* Deal quickly with any problems related to air conditioning or other building systems.
* Work closely with site Facilities Managers and contractors.
* Follow all health and safety rules.
* Travel to different sites across the North West as part of your job.
Skills & Experience:
* At least 2‑3 years’ experience in air conditioning or a similar role.
* F‑Gas Category 1 certification is essential.
* Good knowledge of air conditioning systems, HVAC system and general building maintenance.
* Ability to carry out PPM and service work carefully and on time.
* Good problem solver and able to work on your own.
* Friendly with good communication skills.
* Proactive and pays attention to detail.

Service and Repair Engineers – North London
Two positions working in North London postcode area, paid at a guaranteed day rate. Weekly earnings start from £1,250 per week.
Responsibilities include servicing and repairs in social housing properties, with approximately 6‑8 jobs per day. Full van stock will be issued. Minimum 4 years’ experience required.
