We're currently offering Teaching Assistant (TA), Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), and Cover Teacher roles across Stoke-on-Trent. These are perfect for gaining valuable experience across a variety of school settings as you prepare for your first full teaching role.
What You'll Be Doing:
(Depending on the role - TA, HLTA, or Cover Teacher)
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons (HLTA/Cover Teacher)
- Support students' academic, social, and emotional development
- Work closely with teaching staff and contribute to planning and delivery
- Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Assist with assessments and progress tracking
- Build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

- Experience working with children (in any capacity!)
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, empathy, and flexibility
- Readiness to adapt to different learning needs and classroom environments
