Your Role As a Credit Control Administrator, you'll play a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting the finance team. You'll manage customer accounts, chase outstanding invoices, and help resolve queries with professionalism and efficiency. ✅ What You’ll Do * Monitor and manage aged debt and overdue accounts * Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding outstanding invoices * Record and update payment histories accurately * Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts * Resolve customer queries in collaboration with internal teams * Provide general administrative support to the finance department What You’ll Bring * Previous admin or finance-related experience (credit control a plus) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Great attention to detail and accuracy * Strong organisational and time management abilities * Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Bonus: Experience with Sage (Sage 50/200) Why Apply?
