Telesales Account Manager
Location
PHS Direct – Tamworth
Salary & Hours
£26,000 base salary; OTE £38,000.
Great hours Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends.
Qualifications
* Do you have Telesales experience in consumables?
* Are you good at building rapport?
* Are you great at listening, establishing needs and asking questions to provide the right solution?
* Have you got experience of selling consumable goods?
* Are you organised and good at closing sales?
Responsibilities
* Taking responsibility for a set of customers made up of historical accounts that order consumables including chemicals and ancillaries.
* Responsible for managing customers day to day requirements as well as developing the accounts by identifying, creating and closing new product core line sales opportunities and current promotions.
* Retaining or increasing margin in line with business requirements.
* You will be required to increase average order value, margins and order quantities within PHS Direct data base.
* Build excellent relationships with your customers.
* Understanding their requirements.
* You will be responsible for overcoming any daily obstacles to ensure the customer is retained and is happy with our service.
