Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects across all RIBA stages from concept through to delivery
* Oversee design development and technical coordination
* Prepare and review planning, tender and construction information
* Provide guidance on environmental, building control and statutory requirements
* Maintain up:to:date knowledge of fire regulations and relevant legislation
* Coordinate consultants, internal teams and statutory authorities
* Ensure compliance with design intent, legal and professional standards
* Manage detailed design information and submissions to local approval bodies
* Work within BIM Level 2 processes using Revit
* Manage programmes, conduct site inspections and assess buildability
* Undertake risk assessments, contribute to tender processes and follow QA procedures
Person Specification
* ARB registered Architect with significant post:Part III experience
* Proven experience leading projects and overseeing technical delivery
* Strong design ability supported by sound technical knowledge
* High level of proficiency in Revit as a primary design tool
* Experience producing specifications and coordinating consultant information
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction legislation
* Organised, solution:focused and confident working both independently and within a team
