Role: Business Development Partner
Reporting To: Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
Primary Purpose: Originate new client sales and drive sales growth in the region. Lead and drive sales strategies in collaboration with the CGO and wider sales enablement team to enhance market share.

Core Responsibilities:
• Build a presence in the local market, personally originating B2B sales leads consistent with AAB's ideal client profile & converting these to new clients. across Audit, Corporate Finance, Tax, and Virtual Finance service lines.
• Be a key member of the local leadership team, supporting local growth objectives, to achieve strategic priorities.
• Collaborate to execute consistent regional sales strategies with the CGO and the rest of the BD team.
• Coach team members to develop sales skills and to convert sales opportunities.
• Be accountable, along the Head of Office, for performance metrics in the region.
• Be accountable for the activities and sales initiatives of one of AAB's go to market sectors;

Requirements:
• Comprehensive local market knowledge.
• Robust BD and sales experience, with a track record of successful sales origination.
• Demonstrated leadership and a strong professional profile.
• The ability to drive and successfully execute new initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
• BD/sales professional with a track record of success. Prior experience of professional services is not essential, however there is an expectation the successful candidate will have experience in a service related industry.
