Sytner Group are offering a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission.
Sales Executives are at the heart of delivering first-class customer experiences to every customer visiting one of our dealerships. You will be the key point of contact for customers during the car buying journey, ensuring the service is right first time and every time.
About The Role
Sytner Leicester have an exciting opportunity for an individual with an automotive sales background. As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car. Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns, which can typically include weekends, to ensure we provide the highest levels of service.
On top of your salary, you will have a very achievable OTE of £52,500. About You
You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will be of benefit. Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre. When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have automotive sales experience as a threshold level of prior exposure and participation.
