About the Role: Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences in Science Passionate about teaching the next generation Chemistry, Physics, Biology and a range of Forensic Science topics Supporting students to make outstanding progress toward their qualifications Contributing to college-wide quality assurance processes Inspiring learners and helping them unlock their full potential Supporting leadership with pastoral, administrative and curriculum development You will need to have effective behavior management Essential Qualifications: Education to degree level or above and/or a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4 or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent Level 5 Teaching Qualification / completing within 3 years of employment or 3 years of the first available course Essential Experience: Experience of teaching Applied Science, Chemistry, Biology, Physics or Forensic Science provision. Proven ability to work as part of a team Able to demonstrate experience of working with learners with a wide range of needs.
