About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Director of Procurement to lead our European procurement operations and drive centralised services across the region. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies across all European operations Lead the centralisation of procurement services to drive efficiency, compliance, and cost optimisation. Establish standardised processes, policies, and governance frameworks region-wide Drive digital transformation initiatives within procurement operations Operational Excellence Manage procurement activities across direct and indirect categories Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships across Europe Implement category management strategies and supplier rationalisation programs Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies across all European markets Team Development & Centralisation Lead, develop, and inspire a team of procurement professionals across multiple countries Establish centralised shared services while maintaining local market responsiveness Drive change management for centralisation initiatives Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation Stakeholder Management Partner with business leaders across Europe to understand and support commercial objectives Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure aligned execution.
