Key responsibilities include maximizing sales by maintaining high standards of display and layout in the shop and shop windows, ensuring stock density is maintained, regular rotation of stock is carried out, and maximum realistic prices are obtained on donated items and bought-in goods, in accordance with charity guidelines.

* Experience in cash handling and financial procedures, including sales records
* Decision-making within agreed parameters
* Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
Gift aid maximization when dealing with customers and donors, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards of cleanliness throughout the shop, including the sales floor, stock processing area, offices, and communal areas.
With a strong retail background, you will join our dedicated team to contribute significantly to achieving charity sales targets. Reliability and flexibility are essential to meet the charity’s needs.
This role involves sole responsibility for store operations, including lone working. Therefore, we cannot consider applicants under 18 years of age.
