We’re looking for an experienced Goods In/Out Supervisor to join a busy warehouse operation in Brackmills, Northampton. This role is ideal for someone organised, hands-on, and confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
• Oversee all inbound and outbound goods processes.
• Supervise warehouse and MHE staff.
• Ensure accurate receipt, inspection, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain stock accuracy and update warehouse systems.
• Produce and check all relevant documentation.
• Uphold safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
What You’ll Need
• Experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory processes.
• Valid driving and counterbalance licence (Reach/Flexi desirable).
