We are looking for an Insight Manager to join our Deliveroo team at SMG. In this role, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that empower both our clients and internal teams to make smarter, faster decisions. What You’ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
7. Acting as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and clients by delivering valuable insights
8. Developing reporting tools and creating visualisations to make data easily accessible and actionable
9. Leading post-campaign analysis (PCA), ensuring timely and insightful performance reviews
10. Building and managing strong stakeholder relationships to drive strategic outcomes
11. Identifying areas for innovation, streamlining processes, and automating repetitive tasks
12. Collaborating closely with client, campaign, and insight teams to support business goals
