Registered Children’s Home Manager – Make a Difference Every Day Location: Luton LU2 Salary: £65,000 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Are you a passionate and experienced leader with a heart for children and young people? We are seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead and inspire a nurturing, supportive, and high-performing residential service for young people. About the Role: You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a children's residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance (Ofsted). You’ll lead a dedicated team, create a safe and therapeutic environment, and empower young people to achieve positive outcomes in every aspect of their lives.
