What youll be doing as CNC Machining Centre Operator
You will take responsibility for operating CNC machining centres, producing high-precision components whilst maintaining the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities will include:
* Operating CNC machining centres using Mazak or Okuma controls
* Understanding and working from engineering drawings and specifications
* Reading, understanding, and adjusting CNC programs
* Writing basic programs or macros for standard features
* Machine complex oil & gas components
* Working with materials including Inconel, Duplex, and Carbon Steels
* Applying correct cutting parameters
* Carrying out 100% inspection of your own work
What were looking for in a CNC Machining Centre Operator
* Extensive experience in a CNC machining environment
* Experience with Mazak or Okuma controls
* Ability to work on your own initiative
* Experience working on high-value components
* Knowledge of Inconel, Duplex, and Carbon steels
* Strong attention to detail
Working hours
* Dayshift: MonThu 07:00 17:15 (39 hours)
* Nightshift: MonThu 20:30 07:00 with 06:00 finish on Fridays
