Salary: £30,000 – £32,000


We are partnering with a rapidly growing technology business that works with some of the world's most recognised consumer brands and retailers. Their innovative platform helps leading organisations unlock valuable commercial insights, improve visibility across their operations, and make smarter, data-driven decisions. As the business continues to grow internationally, they are looking to hire a Graduate Account Executive to join their commercial team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in Account Management, Customer Success, and Commercial Client Services while gaining exposure to some of the biggest brands in the world.


The Opportunity:

This role has been designed as a genuine entry point into Account Management.

You'll work closely with experienced Account Managers and Customer Success professionals, supporting a portfolio of high-profile clients and learning how to build strong commercial relationships. You'll gain hands-on exposure to client management, business strategy, customer success, data analysis, and commercial growth initiatives from day one.

For someone ambitious, curious, and eager to learn, this role offers a clear pathway into Account Management, Customer Success, and broader commercial leadership positions as the business continues to scale.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support the management of relationships with a portfolio of global consumer brands and retailers
* Work alongside senior Account Managers to deliver an exceptional client experience
* Assist with customer onboarding and ensure clients are set up for success
* Become a trusted day-to-day contact for customer queries and requests
* Help prepare client reports, presentations, and performance reviews
* Analyse customer data and platform usage to identify opportunities for improvement
* Support customer retention and engagement initiatives
* Attend client meetings and gain exposure to commercial conversations with senior stakeholders
* Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver solutions for customers
* Maintain accurate customer information and activity within CRM systems
* Gather customer feedback and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience
* Learn how to identify account growth opportunities and support wider commercial objectives


Requirements:

* Recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, commercial, or client-focused role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Naturally curious with a desire to learn about clients, businesses, and commercial strategy
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident working with data and technology platforms
* Proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* Ambitious and motivated to develop a career within Account Management or Customer Success
